Mendengarkan musik sebelum tidur

Mungkin terdengar agak aneh saat ada yang menyuruh anda mendengarkan musik selagi tidur. Eits tapi jangan salah, karena ternyata sebuah studi yang belum lama ini dilakukan para ahli menunjukkan bahwa mendengarkan musik sebelum kita tidur akan membantu meningkatkan kemampuan memori otak.
Dikutip dari duniabaca.com, sebuah penelitian yang dilakukan di University of Tubingen, Jerman, menyebutkan bahwa musik dapat memberikan stimulasi auditori pada intensitas rendah yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan memori otak. Sebanyak 11 orang partisipan terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Para partisipan di tes pada malam yang berbeda, kemudian penelitian dilakukan di saat partisipan diberikan rangsangan suara buatan.
Ya, penelitian tersebut membuktikan bahwa mendengarkan musik yang lembut  dapat meningkatkan memori pada otak dan membantu peningkatan kualitas tidur seseorang. Hal ini bahkan bisa dilakukan ketika orang tersebut sedang tidur.

Makin hari makin kumat aja penyakit galaunya si udin, romlah adalah pacarnya si udin termasuk kecengannya.. kaya di sinetron sinetron udin menunggu romlah pulang di parkiran sekolah (padahal udin jalan kaki ke sekolah) setiap hari udin dan romhlah selalu pulang bareng, setiap pelajaran terakhir din selalu bersemangat pulang ….

“Ya anak-anak pelajaran kali ini selesai”

“Iya buuuuu “ (udin semangat menjawab karna ingin cepat pulang bersama romlah)

Tepat pukul 14.00 udin hanya duduk di parkiran dan ternyata romlah tidak pulang bareng bersama udin

“tinan ,, gue galau nih kan loo jagonya dalam bercinta bisa ga bantu gue gitu rayu si romlah”

“oh bisa bisa gampang beud (beud= banget dalam bahasa alay) “

“menurut gue si romlah butuh rayuan broo”

Keesokan harinya, udin merayu romlah dan  setelah pulang sekolah udin cerita “tinan, rayuannya gagal L”

 Romlah cumin jawab BUKAN!!!! “

“ eh din lo itu alay banget -,- makannya romlah gamau sama loo “

Ngomong atau sms tuh harus dengan bahasa yang ” baik dan benar” kata guru Indonesia gue juga din.
